My wife Sandra, who is from Rome, and I have traveled widely throughout the world and we have come to understand the standard and service that people expect from holiday rentals. This is after all your holiday so everything should work, be clean, well located and above all contribute to making your holiday more enjoyable.

We have two apartments to rent in the area of Testaccio which is renowned for it's many great and well priced restaurants, its live music venues and night life.

You'll mix with the friendly locals at the daily fresh fruit market, where you can sample some delicious fresh produce and try your hand at whipping up some Italian dishes.

You'll also find an abundance of food stores, supermarkets and Italian deli's selling delicious meats, cheeses and pastries.

Testaccio will allow you to experience local Rome, yet still have the choice of walking to many historic monuments (Circus Massimus, Coloseum, Roman Baths, Bocca della Verita' and Pantheon) or alternatively the metro is ten minutes on foot and in ten minutes you can be right at the Spanish Steps.

Personally when we go on holiday ourselves we find it quite annoying to be charged those 'hidden extras' that's why our prices are fully inclusive. So our daily rates include all of the following:
