Whats included in the price?

Unlike some other apartment owners we have no hidden costs so all of the following is included in the daily rental cost:

  • Gas, Electricity and WiFi
  • Bed linen and towels
  • Final cleaning

Here's how you can make a booking with us

  • Send an email to RentInTestaccio@goolemail.com. We will then reply to you with a booking form for you to complete.
  • After we have received the completed booking form and we have agreed on the price, we will email you instructions on how to pay a deposit to hold your reservation.
  • For all bookings commencing within 30 days of the booking date the deposit corresponds to 100% of the rental.
  • We accept the following methods of payment
    • Bank transfer
    • PayPal

What happens on the day of your arrival.

  • Once a booking has been made, we ask all clients to fill out an arrival form which will give us your arrival details allowing us to arrange a time for us to meet you for check in.
  • You can check into your property between 14:00 and 21:00. This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests.

We just have a few house rules during your stay with us.

  • Please remember that the apartments are located in a residential building. There are a large number of families and older people living in the building so we ask that you respect their privacy and do not make excessive noise. Under no circumstances are parties permitted.
  • The number of persons occupying the property may under no circumstances exceed that specifically agreed at the time of the reservation and that appears on your voucher.

What happens on the day you leave.

We have built our reputation on trust so just ask you to leave teh keys on the table and pull the door behind you when you leave.

  • You however must check out by 10:00 am. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.00 am.

What happens if your plans change?

  • Cancellations communicated to RentInTestaccio with a notice period of more then 30 days prior to arrival, will receive 85% reimbursement of the paid deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. In the case where the paid deposit is greater than 30% then only 30% will be retained and the balance returned to the Client.
  • Once a booking has been confirmed, any changes made to a booking that entail a shorter stay will carry a service fee equal to 25% of the nightly rate, multiplied by the number of nights the stay has been decreased by.

What happens if we need to make an alteration to your booking?

  • If for any reason beyond our control, RentInTestaccio is unable to provide the booked property, we reserve the right to accommodate the Client and his party in another property of equal or greater quality.
  • If the Client does not wish to accept this change, the booking will be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded in full. RentInTestaccio will not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the Client.
